Greetings! My name is Lashunia Frazier, also known as “Nurse Peaches.” I am a dedicated Professional Guardian, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Professional VA Fiduciary, and Realtor serving individuals and families primarily throughout Citrus, Hernando, Lake, Marion, Orange, and Sumter Counties.
I was born in Washington, D.C., at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, and I have proudly called Marion County, Florida, home for more than 15 years. I am happily married and the proud mother of two sons, both married, and I have 3 adorable grandchildren.
My professional journey was always centered around serving, protecting, and advocating for others. Before becoming a Professional Guardian, I built my career in healthcare. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, I have spent years providing compassionate care to individuals in their homes, gaining firsthand experience with the challenges faced by seniors, individuals with disabilities, and others who may require additional support and advocacy.
It was through my work in healthcare that I developed an interest in guardianship and the importance of having a trusted advocate when someone is unable to fully advocate for themselves. Today, as a Professional Guardian, I am committed to ensuring that my wards are treated with dignity, respect, compassion, and consideration while helping protect their interests and promote their quality of life.
My role as a Professional VA Fiduciary further reflects my commitment to serving those who have served our country. I understand the importance of responsible stewardship, accountability, and advocacy when managing matters on behalf of veterans and their beneficiaries.
As a Realtor, I bring another valuable dimension to my professional background. Real estate decisions can have a significant impact on an individual’s financial security, stability, and future. My experience in healthcare, guardianship, fiduciary services, and real estate allows me to look at the needs of individuals and families from a well-rounded perspective.
Throughout my career, I have remained passionate about advocating for individuals who may be vulnerable or in need of someone they can trust—including children, seniors, veterans, individuals with disabilities, and families navigating challenging circumstances.
I believe compassion and professionalism should go hand in hand. I strive to be client-focused, transparent, detail-oriented, dependable, and an attentive listener. I value teamwork, communication, accountability, and building relationships based on trust.
Whether I am advocating for a ward, assisting a veteran, providing healthcare, or helping a client navigate a real estate transaction, my goal remains the same: to serve with integrity and compassion, protect with purpose, and help people move toward a better quality of life.

Freddy Jones

Freddy is a bonded and Registered Professional Guardian serving Marion, Lake, Sumter, Citrus, Alachua, and Levy Counties.
Freddy was born and raised in Wildwood, FL, and also has spent time in the Midwest. He received his High School diploma from Wildwood High School, and went on to complete his Associate’s Degree in Applied Science and Licensed Practical Nurse Certificate.
He has worked as a nurse for more than 20 years in a wide range of positions with varying populations, including individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities and also senior adults.
He has a heart for helping people to the best of his ability and with compassion.
Olivia Baird
Professional Guardian
Olivia loves being a guardian. She is calm under pressure, gentle, loving, caring, employees great discernment but can also be "tough as nails" when dealing with dysfunctional families. Her primary goal is what is best for her ward. Olivia has a Master's Degree in Social Work and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with her concentration being in Gerontology. She views being a Guardian as her second calling with her first serving her country for over 23 years in the Air Force in the Intelligence Career and First Sergeant duties. Olivia is a Florida Native, has served families all over the world and been a Registered Guardian in Florida for over 11 years. She also serves as an Examining Committee member for Marion County. My name is Carl Fagan. As a professional guardian, I currently serve the counties of Citrus, Hernando, Lake, Marion, and Sumter. For over 30 years, I have been privileged to work one-on-one with the elderly, disabled, and challenged through various organizations, such as the public school system, the Salvation Army, food kitchens & multiple churches.
My background is in business operations, finance, and compassionate church ministries, which I believe are all applicable to performing the duties of a guardian. I worked for 10 years as a licensed physical therapist assistant helping to rehabilitate and prepare my patients in skilled nursing facilities for home while encouraging and educating them to reach optimal rehab potential so they can recover. “I have lived and worked in North Central Florida since 1978. My professional work and community service have always been focused on improving the lives of older persons living in our community.
My work experience includes case management in state and federally funded senior service programs and training of Assisted Living Facility personnel. I contributed to proposed state legislation and developed senior volunteer programs. I managed not-for-profit service and education programs, coordinated in-home health care services, and continue to facilitate care-giver support group meetings.
As my mother’s care-giver I arranged for and managed the help and support she needed, encouraging her while helping her to remember her many life accomplishments. I experienced the joy of making a difference in another person’s life.

Hello, My name is Sherry Hill and I work for Elder Pathways Inc. a not for profit Guardianship and Case management practice serving Marion, Citrus, Hernando, Alachua, Sumter and Lake counties. Tawnee A. Rogers

Tawnee A. Rogers is a Registered Professional Guardian who is passionate about helping individuals feel heard, respected, and supported. She understands that choosing a guardian is a deeply personal decision, and she approaches each guardianship with compassion, patience, and genuine care for the individual. With a professional background in guardianship, case management, healthcare administration, special education, and disability services, Tawnee brings both professional knowledge and a personal commitment to advocacy. She holds a Master of Special Education with a Postgraduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University and a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from Santa Fe College.

Elaine Middleton
Registered Professional Guardian
Elaine Middleton is a Florida-licensed professional guardian and the founder of Heritage Heart Guardians. She is also a retired federal paralegal and retired United States Air Force master sergeant, with nearly 40 years of combined military and federal service.
Elaine began her Air Force career in 1984 and was selected to train as a paralegal shortly after entering active duty. She later served in the Air Force Reserve and retired in 2022 at the rank of master sergeant. Elaine also enjoyed a distinguished career with the United States Attorney’s Office. In 2007, she was selected to establish its Ocala branch office, which she successfully opened before relocating to Ocala in 2008. She retired from federal service in 2023.
Elaine’s extensive legal and military background provides a strong foundation for her guardianship practice. She brings experience in confidentiality, documentation, court procedures, financial and property matters, and collaboration with attorneys, healthcare professionals, government agencies, care providers, and families. Her approach to guardianship emphasizes dignity, compassionate advocacy, accountability, and respect for each individual’s rights and preferences.
An entrepreneur at heart, Elaine owns and operates several family-owned businesses, including a title company, a virtual assistant company, an estate sale and auction company, and real estate investment ventures.
Her community service includes mentoring veterans through the Marion County Veterans Treatment Court and serving as treasurer for the Friends of the Marion County Veterans Park and the Marion County Real Estate Investors Association. She is also an ambassador and member of the Ambassador Leadership Team for the Ocala Metro Chamber and Economic Partnership.
Throughout her career, Elaine has remained guided by the principles of service before self, personal responsibility, and never leaving anyone behind.
Robin Gianikas

Robin has served as a guardian since 2021 and brings more than 30 years of experience working with seniors and individuals with physical and cognitive disabilities. Her professional background includes work in hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living communities, and educational settings serving adults with disabilities.
A licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant in the State of Florida, Robin has worked as a therapist for more than 25 years. Her commitment to helping others began at an early age. While attending middle and high school, she volunteered in classrooms for students with developmental disabilities during her study hall periods.
Kind, caring, and compassionate, Robin is committed to providing individualized attention to every person she serves. She intentionally maintains a small caseload—typically no more than 12 clients at a time—so she can develop a meaningful relationship with each client and become familiar with their individual needs, preferences, and circumstances. She brings this personal approach to both guardianship and community care management.
Originally from Ohio, Robin has called Florida home for more than 30 years. Outside of her professional work, she is an enthusiastic animal lover—especially when it comes to her three cats, Orla Sage, Ozzy Binx, and Opie Taylor.
